We currently have opportunities for experienced recruitment consultants to join us as Senior Consultants and Team Leaders or for trainees with no recruitment experience to join our training scheme.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Basic Salary £18,000 to £20,000 1st Year OTE £44,000
Recognising the need to develop our own talent we have established our own Training Program dedicated to developing the very best recruitment consultants in our field. We are always keen to talk to individuals who have the right skills for recruitment, we can teach you the recruitment part however you will already be the following.
- Graduate or of Graduate calibre
- Proven track record in Business to Business sales
- Thrive in a target driven environment.
- Work well in a team
- Have exception communication skills
You will undergo a structured training program that will ultimately have you working in a team of dedicated consultants. Once your training is complete your average day will involve generating new business through cold calling prospective clients, visiting clients to establish the true culture of the company & writing job adverts for new vacancies. You will be screening candidates both over the telephone & face-to-face.
It is a high-powered, competitive environment where junior consultants can earn £40K plus in their first year. There is a structured career path that will take you through the business on to team management if you wish. Earning potential is only limited by your enthusiasm, earnings of over £100k are regularly achieved. The clients you will be dealing with will be the key decision makers within the banking and finance markets therefore you must be able to communicate confidently at this level.
Experienced Consultants/Team Leaders
At NER we are always keen to talk to individuals who have the right experience as well as the right personality and drive to join our team.
You will be a seasoned recruitment consultant with experience of recruiting across the complete cycle. Prior Banking recruitment experience is not necessary as our in house training division will bring your market knowledge up to scratch, however a proven track record of achievement in a recognised recruitment environment is required. We are always keen to listen to individuals who have that something special.
