Meus Visum - My Vision
I set up NER in 2003 with the aim of bringing traditional business values - service, quality, integrity - back to an industry that had become commoditised with a primary focus on financial profit. I believed then and now that we can achieve success through delivering real benefits to clients and candidates, rather than just filling vacancies.

As the business has grown, we have put in place further customer focused strategies and we will challenge ourselves to develop these in line with the changing needs of clients and candidates. In doing so we will strive to offer a service that the industry will have to follow.
