Overview: Focusing on Commercial and Small Corporate Clients the role requires an experienced Foreign Exchange Derivatives Senior Sales person who has strong structuring skills. You will be heading up a small team focused on developing Forex Derivatives and selling them into an existing client base. The role lends itself to an individual with a good mix of sales and structuring skills. Prior management experience is not important and this could be a great first step in to management. We would see you coming from either commercial or corporate sales within a Bank, currently delivering FX Derivative solutions to your clients.

Role: • Structuring Foreign Exchange Derivatives • Working with existing commercial clients to sell appropriate Derivative Solutions • Managing a team of 2 juniors • Identifying business opportunities • Training and developing your team • Structuring innovative derivative products • Proactively building FX Risk Solutions to help your clients hedge their Foreign Exchange risk • Client meetings
Skills required: • Extensive Foreign Exchange Sales experience • Ability to lead a small team • Strong FX Derivatives knowledge • Ability to structure Forex Derivatives • Experience of providing Corporate or Commercial clients with suitable Hedging solutions as part of a balanced risk solutions solution • FSA regulated • Understanding of the Commercial sector • Degree educated • Results driven • Innovative approach to the business
