Overview: Managing the Commercial and Small Corporate Treasury Sales team across the South West of England for this UK Bank. The role requires an experienced individual at Director Level who can demonstrate a history of getting results out of a Treasury Sales operation. We would also consider someone at Associate Director Level who is acting as the number 2 in a team and is ready to take the next step. A relocation package is available to the right candidate.

Role: • Manage an existing Sales Team • Develop your own revenue • Drive the region forward to over achieve on budgets • Innovate the business • Manage change in what is an evolving market • Run sales meetings • Implement training • Drive sales in Foreign Exchange Flow and Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives and Commodity Derivatives • Set the ethos for the region • Develop relationships with the Commercial Banking operation at a senior level • Evolve business growth programmes to ensure increased revenue is gained
Skills required: • Extensive Treasury ideally FX , Interest Rates and Commodities Sales experience • Team / Regional Management experience either as a Head or Second in command • Exposure and understanding of the Commercial sector • Strong derivatives experience • Conversant in Hedging / Risk Advisory strategies • Able to show strong change management skills • Degree educated • Results driven • Innovative approach to the business • Currently living in The South West or able to relocate
